When We Accept Returns or Refunds:
We accept refund or return requests only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged item
- You received the wrong product
- Your item is missing a part or is incomplete
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Proof Required:
To process your request, we kindly ask you to send us clear photos or video of:
- The damaged item
- The incorrect product
- The packaging, if needed
This helps us verify the issue quickly and serve you better.
Note: Please always record a video while opening your parcel. This video is mandatory as proof for any refund, return, or missing item claims. Without it, we may not be able to process your request.
Refund or Replacement:
Depending on your case, we’ll offer:
- A replacement item
- OR a full refund to your original payment method
We will confirm the best option with you after reviewing the issue.
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns if the product is used, worn, or if the return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- We do not accept returns just for a change of mind.
