1. Orders

• All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason (e.g., incorrect pricing, out of stock, suspicious activity).
• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message or email.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Prices may change without notice, but you’ll always be charged the amount shown at checkout.
• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and may add more payment options in the future.

3. Shipping

• We ship all over Pakistan. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 4-5 business days.
• Shipping is Rs. 200 per order. Orders above Rs. 2500 qualify for free shipping.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or natural events.

4. Returns & Refunds

• We accept return/refund requests only if the item is:
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order and include photo proof.
• We will either replace the item or offer a refund, based on the case.

5. Use of Our Website

• You agree not to misuse our website (e.g., fake orders, hacking, copying content).
• You must be 18+ or have permission from a guardian to place an order.
